Shipping & Delivery
What shipping methods are available?
We offer fast shipping within the USA for all orders. The shipping cost is $6.99 per order.
We do not deliver to U.S. military bases at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Estimated delivery time in the USA:
Processing time: 2-4 business days
Shipping time: 3-5 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days (May be delayed during peak seasons.)
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, the most trusted online payment platform.
When you place an order, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal checkout page, where you can securely complete your payment.
Is buying from Dixonrichard safe?
Absolutely! We value your privacy and will never rent, sell, or share your personal information with third parties.

Orders & Modifications
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, you have 12 hours to change your mind. Please double-check all details (size, design, quantity, address, etc.) before confirming your purchase.
Since all orders are processed quickly, we do not accept modifications after the order is placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in production or shipped.
Cancellation Fee: No transaction fee applies.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
No additional fees, except for the shipping cost of the return package.
How long is the return/refund policy valid?
Our policy is valid for 30 days after your order is delivered.
After 30 days, we consider the order accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

Missing or Lost Packages
What if I haven’t received my order?
If your tracking status shows “delivered,” but you haven’t received the package:
Check around your home (sometimes carriers leave packages in hidden spots).
Contact the shipping company using the tracking details in your confirmation email.
